Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments.

Your deposit will be applied to your service total.

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or don’t show up, your deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If not, the following fees will apply:

1st Offense - Fee Charged

2nd Offense - 25% of full service price

3rd Offense - 50% of full service price

4th Offense - 75% of full service price

After the 4th offense, future appointments may require full payment up front or may be declined at our discretion.

No Call / No Show Policy

No-shows will result in loss of deposit and the appropriate cancellation fee as outlined above. Continued no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance and transfer your deposit to the new time.

Rescheduling within 24 hours will be treated as a late cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply.
